I like the quote that success is not the key to happiness but happiness is the key to success. If you love what you do then you will give it your best and hence be successful. Most people who are seen as successful once failed in life, Failing and learning from the failure is one of the best things that can happen to anyone. This is because after failing you get up and you are much wiser and stronger than before.

I like this. If you are not having fun when you are working towards your goal, you can easily become weary or discouraged and totally quit. I also believe that the journey towards the goal is more important than the goal itself.
