I see so many stubborn people doing cardio like hamsters on a wheel every day and getting absolutely nowhere month after month. This is because cardio is not the answer to getting lean and burning fat.

And the best way to increase your metabolism is to increase your muscle mass through weight training.
And another point I would like to make is that women who are afraid of “bulking up” have been brainwashed by this fallacy that has been around forever.
Unless a woman takes testosterone “supplements” they will never be able to put on that type of muscle and look like a bodybuilder so let’s put that one to rest. I have been training clients for years and have never had a woman bulk up as a result of training with weights.
I have had too many extraordinary weight loss subjects to count as a result of hitting the weights hard and heavy.
